The bill in package didn't include weight. Anybody I talk to you all day for .356 mg 18k gold lab grown gemstone 7000 int is very expensive. For a new buyer the experience is not very good on sense of gold rate gold purity and fake lab grown gem stone. The weight of the gold is on the website it changes when the order comes on. But the bill they send with the package true gold weight and price is not mentioned. Feeling really bad about this purchase.

Worst Afer Sales Service I paid more than 60% making charges for my kids earing. But still it broke just 3 months after regular use. And Caratlane is not bale to repair. This kind of customer service was not expected after paying so much making charges. Don't fall for their prices. If you look closely on the price breakup then you will se that they charge hefty making charges and make compromises on diamond and gold purity. It's better to go for simple design where you get good quality.

Very bad,i have purchased one earring from try at home but was not comfortable wearing it and so wanted to exchange it with different design but the try at home person didn't show up on time 😕and so I couldn't exchange it.
