However, I would request a return to the previous system where cashback was directly credited to the bank account, instead of being offered in the form of Amazon Pay or gift card form

The CashKaro app has potential, but I've faced consistent issues with purchase tracking. Most transactions don't get tracked automatically, requiring me to raise a missing ticket. Unfortunately, many of my tickets have been rejected with little explanation. This has led to frustration and disappointment. Improvements are needed in their tracking system and customer service for a better user experience.
