the new app is amazing. so easy to use so accurate. I no longer really have to call to get the information I need. I like the fact that it's easier to put your password in. I'm disabled so it's so much easier. Ty thank you for making it so much easier. I miss customer service because they are so kind I believe the ITM is awesome because you can use it anytime 24/7 😊

Fingerprint access has been broken since the last update. Really annoying when need to enter your password extremely carefully every time you want to check balances. Almost locked myself out already

This app is not useable. I login and put my phone down wait for it to load. I can see my accounts and balances but when I select pay my bills I get connectivity error. Ok problem solved. Was connecting to home wifi repeater when I switched to my actual router app worked fine. Also bank personnel were VERY helpful.
