Certilia allows you to use a mobile phone for high level identification and Qualified Electronic signature.
The system is based on the latest security technology implemented in today's mobile phones.
In order to activate Certilia, you must register with existing QES or at registration office.

Activation does not work properly, I have been waiting for the code for too long. When I try to activate my account via web site, the code does not arrive in the sms, they send me the code by mail two days later and then it doesn't work. Edit: LOL!!! 15 days after my first registration attempt I finally received mail with the activation button and the sms containing the activation code! But now the app does not open! Great work guys! 🤣🤣

ultra rubbish app just like every app made by government departments. you should copy Irish systems and you'll have fully functioning apps and happy citizens. this is just endless loop of authentications and other rubbish that people only have troubles with.

Worst garbage of an app I ever used. It's been an hour and it still asks me to confirm my ID and yet I need to have confirmed ID to confirm my ID.
