This app is incredibly annoying, frustrating, and time-consuming to produce 1 book. I've been doing this for years and get so far behind because it takes too long. When you edit the book, the dates are all wrong, so I have to look up the date in my camera roll, edit the Pic but then when I rearrange them because now they're out of order, it screws up dates again. I love the idea of this book and have enjoyed receiving them, but will be looking for another app to start using instead.

For an app centered around creating photo albums, it's mind boggling that it has bugs where photos don't appear accessible from the app as well as confusing UI for selecting photos to upload. This would be a great app/service if not for these continual bugs and usability issues that make something simple into something impossible. The editing capabilities are also extremely rudimentary.

I love Chatbooks! I love my monthly photo albums and I love the quality of the books. My only negatives are I wish it wouldn't auto order the book once I fill it. I'd like to be able to add photos as I have time, be able to go back and change/rearrange everything, and order it when I feel like I've got it the way I want it, not as soon as I hit a certain number of photos. Yes, you have 7 days once you fill it to change things, but I think the auto order feature should be able to be turned off.
