I use this app on a Galaxy S22 ultra. The stylus is one primary special feature of the Ultra models. . . . This app goes silent for a full 5 seconds whenever the stylus is inserted, and again, silent whenever the stylus is removed. . . . No other app on my S22 ultra has such a dysfunction. . . SLIDERS: This app has many sliders to increase or to decrease a setting. Suggestion: Add + and - buttons to each slider. I would like to tap + for one step up, or, to tap - for one step down. It works, sometimes. I have two Baha 6, and it connects to the app sometimes. Listening directly into the hearing aids is nice, but it won't connect to the app when one of the hearing aids is off. I wish it would just connect to the already online one. When changing the mode, it switches back to the original after a few seconds, which becomes irritating. For the amount of money spent on these, it really isn't worth it.

I contacted Cochlear support and they couldn't help. Don't assume that just because your phone can download the app that your phone will be able to stream sound from your phone. There are very few phones that it will work with for that. I should be able to customize the background. And every time I want to change the volume I have to wait 30 or more seconds for the app to open. It also drains my phone's battery. There is no reason not to have volume control on the Baha itself like they used to.
