This app is not userfriendly at all, it's hard to search programe, the add to favourites is only one way operation, you cannot remove it or arrange what you added. Basically all functions are very rigid. YOU ASKED USERS TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE, YOU REALLY HAVE TO PROVIDE A SERVICE THAT IS UP TO A BASIC INTERNATIONAL RADIO APP STANDARD. THIS APP SEEMS LIKE ONE IN 2010. DISAPPOINTING!

Terrible terrible app after the latest update!!! Users need to login every single time and re-login to play the next segment, which is impossible when you're on a plane or somewhere without data or connection! I used to d/l a ton of segments to help me through those long-haul flights (so gratifying). NOW IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!! Will the app developer/admin please change it back the way it was. Pronto, please ?! 同意另外一個 reviewer 講,我哋付費用戶冇理由要接受啲咁差嘅服務!系統管理支援唔該快啲改回以前嘅操作模式!

你好,請嘗試到《商台節目重溫》應用程式中的設定檢查「自動登入」是否已設定為開啟,開啟設定後,如 閣下的裝置於應用程式內保持已登入的狀態,應用程式會於再次開啟時自動登入你的會員戶口。
付費會員可於《商台節目重溫》應用程式中下載節目重溫檔案到“清單”,並於應用程式中保持已登入付費會員戶口的狀態下,開啟飛航模式/於沒有網絡的情況下進入應用程式離線收聽於“清單”內已下載的節目。
請留意,付費會員可於不同的電子裝置登入收聽節目重溫,但每個戶口同一時間只可一個裝置登入收聽。如 閣下使用多於一個裝置登入,程式會自動為原已登入的裝置登出,閣下需於再次開啟應用程式時重新登入你的會員戶口。

Once i updated my phone to android 13, I'm unable to fast forward or rewind, i always need to play from the beginning even when i wanna start from the middle. Also, it no longer automatically stream and play the next audio on my playlist when i finish listening to one chapter
