Tool for customers and employees to calculate the use of materials in the manufacture of folding boxes using different materials and folding straps according to the availability of commercial cardboard and in accordance with the company's data registered in its information system.
Among the functionalities established for this first version of our app will be the possibility for clients to calculate measurements of some materials that they are going to use for their preparations in die-cutting machines, both the counter creasing and the height of the graphs are determining elements in the quality of the folding cardboard packaging, the first being one of the inputs delivered by us and the second being what gives volume to the boxes.
In this process, clients must select different parameters such as the measurement system, the preparation to be used, the type of arrangement, the caliber of the material, among others.
In the end, the system will offer suggestions so that clients have accurate information to prepare their work.
In this version of our app, the recommendations will be specifically focused on the height of the crease and the counter crease according to the caliber of the material.
