It takes awhile to load the page your trying to get to and then majority of the time, you can't even make a payment through the app. There are times where I just want to pay online for my trip and go on my way, but I can't because it keeps saying it's 'unable' to. Forcing me to have to contact my agent, which at times, I just don't want to do. And when I tried to pay on the app today (which was surprising because it rarely ever works), the app kept repeatedly crashing.

App changed today. Now I cannot access either past or future trips. Just keeps trying to load . After working with Michael at CP tech support the issue was resolved. Their concern was genuine and it showed. App works great.
