It is very inconvenient that this App now does not allow sending pictures. Going through gmail to send a picture is not effective. In the past we used to do it. Also, you are charging now 5 cents for messages above 160 characters. in the past it was only 2 cents..not good at all. You still charge for each message I send whether it reaches the destination or not. Very disappointed.

Hola MariaElena, si configura en Ajustes la opción del gmail, los archivos (fotos, audios, vídeos) que envíe a Cuba llegarán sin dificultad, y además el costo de los mensajes será el mismo que días atrás, si tiene alguna duda nos puede escribir a info@cubamessenger.com saludos.

I really like that I can message people from Cuba with this app. But, I hate that it charges 5 cents for every text message sent through it. I don't mind paying a subscription or a one-time fee for constant use. But, I shouldn't have to pay ANYTHING for each individual text. And the prices to call and text are ridiculous. Please make this a subscription or one-time fee to pay

Hola Sebastian, todos los proveedores que tenemos para poder brindar el servicio nos cobran de igual manera por mensaje intercambiado, por ese motivo se nos hace un poco difícil llevar a cabo su sugerencia, pero lo tendremos en cuenta, saludos.

the back buttons don't wont work on my galaxy s9. If I'm in a conversation and I want to go back to other conversations I have to close the application and reopen it. this really should not be happening in 2019. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times and nothing works. funny that on my iPhone 7 it works flawlessly
