When I open the app it says "You do not have permission to use this feature" with an OK button. I pushed the OK button and the same message comes up over and over and over and over again. The app is 100% useless in this state. Don't bother copy and pasting a generic response to my review. Once you fix the app I'll update the review.

Crashes more than it works. It goes from me being able to send videos through text/email to it telling me I don't have permission to attach a video to its sockettalk feature while I'm working on customers. Force stopping, logging out, and in doesn't help. Scanner is even worse, let alone adding a new lead without mixing it up with others.

Android user.. still bad. The notifications settings do not allow them to be put in the highest priority of notification. Copy and paste functionality is spotty or non-existent. Very difficult to access the customer lead when you get a notification in the app from the notification. You have to see the notification, copy paste or write down the pertinent information and then back out and go into the application to search for the customer before you can begin to read the notes or work the lead.
