I recently had a terrible experience with DFCU bank. The customer service was absolutely appalling - the representatives were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in my concerns. On top of that, the process was incredibly slow and inefficient. I felt like I was constantly being passed around from one person to another, with no resolution in sight. Overall, I would not recommend DFCU bank to anyone looking for a quick and efficient banking experience.

This app is one of the worst mobile banking platforms I've ever used. Even when the network is on, it buffers for so long, and you have restart it over 3 times for it to finally work. Please work on it to improve it performance otherwise it doesn't make sense to use dfcu anymore if I can't access my account via the app. No one has the to make queues these days.

This app is very faulty and doesn't allow someone to retrieve their details always shows AT THE MOMENT WE ARE UNABLE TO SATISFY YOUR REQUEST 😠😠😠😠 this is so frustrating honestly
