Digistore24 vendors and affiliates can use this app to keep track of their online business from anywhere at any time: The Digistore24 app offers full control over transactions, e-tickets, voucher codes and products, no matter where you are.

1. Keep track of all incoming payments
All of your incoming payments are clearly displayed in the app - broken down by days, months, quarters and years. The currency can be switched between EUR, USD and CHF. Ka-ching! Notifications of new incoming payments are sent directly via push notification.

2. Manage transactions from anywhere
Do you have an urgent question about a transaction that just can’t wait until you’re in the office? It can be answered superfast: All transactions can be conveniently viewed in the app and filtered by order ID, product ID, product name, customer email, first and last name, payment method or currency.

3. Switch effortlessly between accounts
It’s super easy to view all of your accounts in one place. In the app, you can switch between different accounts and the vendor or affiliate view with a single click.

4. Monitor your analytics anytime
Always be able to act: The integrated dashboards provide the perfect overview of all relevant key figures at all times. Depending on the account selected, they adapt automatically and always provide the latest data.

5. Ticketing made easy
Ticket scanning has never been easier: Digistore24 e-tickets can be scanned and recorded directly with the app. This means that every step can be taken care of with just one piece of software! Creating and selling tickets in the web application plus validation and admission control is easy using the app.

6. Manage discount codes on the go
Want to run a spontaneous discount campaign? This can be implemented quickly, as all discounts can be created, edited, copied, deleted or searched for directly in the app.

App does not recognize online login and online site does not recognize app. Two step verification does not work

When I try to login to Digistore24 it asks me to confirm two-factor authentication in the Digistore app but I can never find a way to do that in the app I still cannot access my account. I see the notification flash across the top of my phone but can never find the place to confirm. Very poorly designed app from the user interface perspective for two-factor authentication.

Digistore24 itself might be great, but the app is fairly useless when you're starting out. There's no way to get to the product marketplace from the business cockpit, & the authentication process makes logging in almost impossible from a mobile device, since there's no way to continue after verifying...u have to back out, which takes u back to login page. It might be great for long term users to have all sales &products in 1 place, but if u havent sold anything, its useless.
