I've been using this app now for about 6 months for all the people that are having issues. If you log on to the website and not the app. And hit reset data, and then go on to the app And do the same it Resync Everything and all the issues go away So I reset the data once a week took me a while to figure that out. But remember reset on the website first and then the app I have no other issues meters very accurate just had my ac1 done and it was Very close to what it was saying on the app

I've been using the app and meter for a little over 3 months now and haven't had any issues other then running out of strips. I sent a message to change my subscription and I was sent 3 things of strips right away and haven't ran out since. I like that I can check my sugar on my phone and everything is saved in it. So much easier then writing it down and easier to show when my doctor at appointments.

functional but there is a problem. I just discovered this this morning: if you take a reading, do not label it and swipe away the app which you might be apt do. that reading is not logged. I woke up, took a reading, swiped away the app and then thought within seconds. I wanted to label it. I went back. the reading was not there. this is repeatable. it's the exact opposite of what you would expect. the second of reading is taken. I'm sure this is a bug but it needs fixed.
