Downloaded this as I was told I could use it to get points/coins to exchange for dog food vouchers, however it is impossible to get coins for walking as a text box comes up with no way of closing it. Until this is fixed it is basically useless.

I don't recommend it. As a product, i was expecting some kind of marketplace for dog walkers, but you can't even see the name of the walker (let alone talking to them in advance or reading reviews about them). as for the ux, pretty simple and limited. address fields is buggy, onboarding requires too much detail in advance but will not do any verification other than parsing (e.g. email/phone). prices seem high. Even a WhatsApp chat has more functionality. no way to delete an account. uninstalled

Probably the most bewildering app I've ever tried to use. Spent half an hour trying to figure out how to book a walk with our regular walker who is on the app and gave up. Pro tip: use the phone instead!
