Ratings and reviews

So far cred has been the most reliable app I've used for improving my credit score. The timely reminders really helped me to not procrastinate on making credit card bill payments. But a nitpick is that their UI is cluttered. I get they offer a lot of things but I personally think they should work on making the app easier to navigate.

Very bad experience with cred, my cashback amount has taken back stating that cashback is not meeting the criteria, seems my wallet cashback and money is not safe..... I got the update which is useless . your customer support is worst and you are not customer centric.... Your support system is worst. I didn't get referral reward and no any support system is available. I send mail also but team is asking to get support from app, no support system is available in app and no ticket is generated.

Edited - After the support, it's better initially using my 20-30% of my battery, now after reinstalling it came around 5%. Will keep monitoring for some time. Apart from that, you are the best! Suggestion: App's interface keeps on updating frequently, and it's little hard to find the specific section we are looking for and cashback/rewarding program is not up the mark.
