The app is just OK. But always and again,I have to say always have issues. Standard is a solid bank, but their online service are always down or in maintenance or simple dont login, or the application crush during your transactions. The web portal has the same issue.. I can't understand what is wrong with your IT department and infrastructure that is not performing for years, again have to say for year, facing the same issue. And it's not an isolated case, I know several people with same issues.

"The best Moz app I have ever used. But don't get too excited... Keep working on it please.. " when I said, keep working on it, I really meant it. You're letting me down. Sorry I had to downgrade the app as its having problebles every day or at least every time I need to use it, it simply does not connect. I think STB has to review it's existence, all is failing, the call center it's a complete chaos, the administration seams confused for some reason and the NetPlus a rethinking case. IT IS

Overall the app has worked well, however I have 2 main issues: 1. When you have an announcement pop up about a change or a maintenance schedule, I can't login with my fingerprint. I have to login with my password in those moments which is annoying. 2. Payment services to other entities - I don't understand why I can't pay services (e.g other Internet providers) that are not listed in your app by default? I'm forced to go to an ATM that is dar from where I live. Hopefully this can be fixed.
