Ratings and reviews

I've exported the file of my WhatsApp contacts in various formats and can't locate the download. All I can do is view them in the view option but I can't export to Excel or CSV etc. What's the point of this app, or am I doing something wrong? Show me how and I'll upgrade my review. If not, please return my premium package payment.

I bought the full version - I've tried downloading 2500 contacts, unsuccessfully after trying various times now. All I get is tjatbitbis "loading," and nothing happens even after several hours of leaving the app to do its thing...absolutely nothing happens..You're unable to log a query on the app, or ask for assistance, etc, and my email to you for an explanation, or to sort out the problem, has gone answered. My rating is 0 stars - this app is not doing what it's supposed to do! NOT OKAY!

Three huge errors: 1) Name fields aren't long enough, so long names get truncated, 2) phone numbers don't begin with a plus sign 3) Names with accents, such as Andrés or José, get mangled in the export. Although these errors are easy to fix, the developers only pretend to be interested in fixing them. They don't actually take the time to do the fix.
