The E-Democracy platform/application aims to enable the simplest, best possible use of accessible digital platforms for services and information by citizens at the local level (but not only, as the knowledge gained through this platform is equally applicable also for digital mechanisms at the central level). Enabling citizens' digital skills to understand and effectively use digital democracy instruments at the local level is the focus of the "Use technology, improve democracy" project, with financial support from LevizAlbania, a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation , SDC.
