The Glovebox feature allows policy holders to view and share a PDF version of their contract as well as access the benefits associated with their contract.

Ratings and reviews

Endurance Mobile and their website are very slow. On both, there is no way to update information. Mobile app dashboard ( home ) is blocked by an update alerts box. This box seems to have no function to remove alerts after reading. It could also use a feature that shows a digital card to show shops. I called support about the alerts, and they had no clue how to remove them. Also, they stated that I was not the only one with this issue. Hope your developers address these issues soon.

Very disappointed with lack of any help. Paid everything upfront and never used my policy until now. The dealer said it's certain a part that says it's covered and it's going to take approximately a week to fix. Endurance will not cover a vehicle for us as said it or policy until a week out of them working on it. So endurance says we are to pay out of pocket $1200 in car rental unit it's completed. Most people don't have that much money sitting around for something like that. It's useless.

Red flags on this warranty service 🚩🚩 I signed up for this warranty answered all questions they asked, paid into the service for over a year. Had a gas cap light problem (minor) engine light came on took it to dealership. I called them to make sure everything was covered. endurance said they wouldn't cover it because I had a salvage title nothing is wrong with engine still. I was never asked about the title in the beginning and they just took my money for a year and would not give me a refund
