Ratings and reviews

App is not great and their customer service is terrible. Never returned deposit for AC (it's between them and the AC company- you need agreement from both to receive it back but they don't bother replying). Dozens of emails ignored. Consider your money gone! Avoid choosing Damac if possible.

Poor app messaging access, been struggling to access the app with email/mobile number otp for over a year now. Customer service poor to resolve.

Change of joint owner details form requires to download the form. What's the use of having a mobile app if you still need to print a form
