Ratings and reviews

Initially, this banking app provided excellent services and facilities, consistently impressing with its efficiency and user-friendly features. However, recent performance has significantly declined. Frequent errors like 'something went wrong' and 'bank facing heavy transactions' disrupt usability, and it often fails to display accurate account balances. Additionally, the app has become plagued with repeated, unnecessary notifications. Current issues make it frustrating to use.

Took their credit card. Made a purchase fulfilling all the conditions which mentioned a cashback. However they reneged on the offer after the purchase for a non refundable item was completed. Facing issues reaching out to the customer support via any channel. Calls not being picked, messages not being answered, and solutions not being provided. Just keeps getting terrible and terrible. I was a fan of the lovely innovation and integration that they have done, but will suggest to avoid Fi now.

Customer support is extremely poor. Tried calling on the support number so many times. No one gets connected. They say they will call back but no one does. In the Chat support the app is always stuck on "Searching for a Fi-care Specialist" Not able to upgrade my account since so many days; app ends up in an error state and no one to help out. Can't trust this platform anymore.
