Hard to search and more problems. not easy to filter items. No contacts readily accessible when you have issues. Shipping is often delayed (often 1+ months after order dates). They list so many items, often am told the items is not available due to 'fabric issues' adding months to delivery time. IF you try cancel will get no response, no refund - have purchased from them in the past, but more and more the excused and fights for refunds make it challenging to work with them

This app is slow. Not user friendly. I would love to see my exact pic of the customized item in my cart. Some items doesn't allow you to see your customization at all. I would love to see a filter to sort by color option. The crash problem is much better. Overall this app could you some improvements, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE eShakti!!!😘

I deleted the app from my phone upon finding that the login screen's password field is deliberately broken. You can't sign in using a password manager, nor can you copy the password from elsewhere and paste it in. Instead, you must type it, and there is no way to view what you have typed. This is a usability issue, an accessibility issue, AND a security issue, as it encourages the use of short, simple, memorable, easy-to-type passwords.
