Ineffective Complaint Resolution Process I've been using this government app to file complaints regarding bad water issues, but unfortunately, the response system is highly ineffective. Despite submitting my complaints multiple times (2-3 times each issue), there has been no follow-up or resolution from the concerned authorities. The app itself is easy to navigate, but what's the point of a complaint app if no one responds or solves the prob

Very poor UX design. Once app is downloaded and user verification done by OTP once Why should there be a need to reverify the same user on the same handset?. OTP normally doesn't come as SMS therefore user can not even enter into app own his own handset! Complaints registered on app are not taken care by the municipal corporation defeating the very purpose for the app has been designed! Complete Wastage of public money! Looking at the various feedback of the users it seems no one reads them! 😕

Farzi app its of no use...just made for show off that they are doing something...I have complained many times for diff-diff issues but they were never resolved and the complaints gets closed automaticly with the statement that (complained is resolved).🤣🤣...
