Just wanna say that I've been using the app for years with (so far) two different Axon camera systems, and I don't have any complaints. I do prefer the old UI that iOS currently has, but that's a minor gripe. I have no issues with connectivity, and video playback is seamless. ID prefix is an awesome tool, as is the new Axon 3 settings.

I have to use this application for work. I've been using it for years and it's always been one of the worst apps on my phone. Bluetooth takes an absurdly long time to connect to the body 2 camera. When connected you will drop connection. Starting this week with the most recent update to Android OS the app now loses connection in 5 seconds, so I can't view or label video. I contacted Axon about this and they explained that my phone is connecting back to actual wifi instead of the BWC. No solution

This app is terrible. The app can't find the camera regardless of how many times it's put into pairing mode. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and called the company and they were no help. Seems like it's a common problem. I've uninstalled it again with no intention of downloading it in the future. This review is for a galaxy s8 active.
