Ratings and reviews

Overall the app works well. I never have to go to the bank to do what I have to accomplish. However, there are multiple times I just cannot login. There are also issues with the bill pay function. I cannot capture the statement for a new bill I want to setup in bill pay. The app freezes and closes whenever I attempt.

Frequently unable to log in (gray home screen despite making sure the app is updated), have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple multiple times in the past year trying to get it to work. I only continue to use it so I can deposit checks without driving to another town to a branch with very limited hours.

Is no longer working and hasn't been for a while which has happened before. Getting ready to switch banks ONLY because the app doesn't work. Pretty sad to lose a customer over an app not working but i have to have it. Look around people.... Banks and credit unions are a dime a dozen.... Don't settle for something that doesn't work half the time!!
