Freezes everytime it tries to find a WiFi connection. Has never worked so far. I guess Fellow doesn't pay any attention to these reviews since every one so far is a 1 star. I've contacted Fellow support and their only suggestion is to do a factory reset of the kettle. Tried that but of course it didn't help. The issue is this piece of junk updater app.

Should not have bought the EKG Pro, this app is a joke. All it does is update the firmware, no product information or support. I had tons of issues getting the app to connect via Bluetooth to the kettle and when that was successful it wouldn't recognize my WiFi. Took hours just to do that. Connect to the Bluetooth device, connect to the WiFi. I've never had such a bad experience with something so simple.

The touch target for the password is between "Password" and the eye symbol. It's easy to miss. But the app is for updates only and I get an error message saying that it's unable to update. It would be cool if you could control the kettle from the app. But that's not the case.
