Not bad but could use a few upgrades to make some things more functional

You can't trust what your balance says when checking it. It will say current but it almost never is what you actually have.

Great customer service! I have been with this bank for a few years, they are always nice and friendly. If I have a problem with something they usually get it fixed quickly.
