The idea of the app is amazing, and it makes communication with the hotel a breeze. However I've had numerous issues. There are items available through the app that the hotel isn't able to provide. All of the links to anything deeper than then one level do not work. I can see the restaurants, but not their menus or reservations system. There is no way to look at past orders placed. The option for ordering coffee for breakfast doesn't work.

Usually it's good... But yesterday and today it's telling me I'm using an old version and yet there isn't a newer version available. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and yet the message persists. I usually use it often on property visits... It's unfortunate it's not working as I rely on it to communicate with resort staff.

Although much of the information about a given hotel is on the app, the UI is far from friendly. Links disappear, take you to the wrong pages, images appear stretched, and a few pages are listed as unavailable. Looks like it hasn't been fully tested.
