The submit checkout add to cart and pay buttons are almost virtually unclickable. It took me 5+minutes to be able to click it eventually I had to use a stylus because of how low on the screen it was. There was no option to adjust zoom and overall was very difficult to actually place an order thru the app. Next time I will just do it in store.

Their bubble tea containers have a scratch-off that you're supposed to input in the app to get rewards but there's nowhere to input the code? Seems maybe it's automatic instead which is fine but just really confusing. App itself isn't the most intuitive in general. Haven't yet used it to order but seems similar to their website.

I used to be able to open this app but neither sign in works and there are no updates to download either. I really like this app and the system but I want to see it fixed soon please. Edit: for now this has been fixed but I'm not sure if it will last.
