Begin hier niet aan. U verliest alleen uw tijd. Uiteindelijk wordt u gedwongen iedere maand 10 euro te betalen om de basis dingen te doen. Dus een jaar is 120 euro en dan voldoet uw aangifte niet eens aan de wettelijke normen.

Hi Brian, Bedankt voor je reactie en jammer om te horen dat je niet tevreden bent. Gekko Basic is gratis en zal ook gratis blijven. Je hoeft dus zeker niet te upgraden. Mocht je dat wel willen, dan kan je voor meer functionaliteiten kiezen voor Gekko Premium.

If you are outside of the Netherlands do not consider this app. I was told currencies could be changed but would need premium to access these changes. Sadly, it was possible. If you purchase premium and request a refund you will be given the following canned response. You've been warned.... We are very sorry that Gekko does not meet your needs. But as we indicated during signup and in the general terms and conditions, Gekko currently only services users within the Netherlands and is less suited to users outside the Netherlands. We have therefore cancelled your subscription and your Premium account will not be renewed at the end of the month. Unfortunatly though we will not refund your payment. The reason for not refunding is threefold:Gekko is mainly a free tool that you can try as much as like for free. You do not need to make a payment to understand and use the product.Gekko is a product for professional use only. We do not target consumers (who might be less informed and need more consumer protection), only businesses who can be expected to be more knowledgeable.The cost for refunding payments (especially to outside the Netherlands) is around 20 EUR per transaction. On a transaction of 10 EUR, this seems out of proportion. Therefore we only refund active transactions, like the one you made, above 20 EUR, with deduction of service costs. Recurring transactions can of course be refunded at any time within a month. This policy not only reflects our legal obligation but we feel it is also a fair evaluation of the situation from the customers perspective versus the costs and moral obligation perspective of Gekko. We hope you understand this position, though we understand you may feel disappointed by this decision. We hope you are not too disappointed in our product and our refund policy. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
