It freezes all the time. Takes too many clicks and loading screens to buy your ticket. Interface to find and manage your tickets on demand is terrible - again, it takes 10 5-6 clicks each with loading time to get to your ticket. Really annoying. It does the job, but could be so much simpler and straightforward. There is huge room for design and interface improvement.

This bus company is an absolute scammers and liers. Me with my family bought tickets from Málaga Airport to La Linea, and bus just didn't arrived, and in tickets office they told us bus already gone, but we were waiting along with many other people exactly on the bus station for 40 minutes before departure time and 20 minutes after, and there was no any Avanza busses. They don't even refunded our money for wasted tickets.

This is actually horrendous. A dog could've coded this app better. I spend longer trying to buy a bus ticket from this app than the time I spend in their buses. Please.do.something.
