EDIT: They're forcing every account to be tied to a roblox account now, which honestly kills the whole thing for me. If they roll that back, I'll still love it, otherwise I'm leaving Genuinely, *so* much better than discord. It has all the same features and then so much more, although it's meant for gaming and such, I've found it incredibly useful for collaborative creative projects, with the checklist and docs features

[UPDATE] Downgraded to 1 star over requiring Roblox account. Glad I never got used to using this. [ORIG] Good: The organization options and different types of channels are useful. Bad: Something in the coding of the app disables my autocorrect from triggering, not enough customization of push notifications (I don't want all or none, I want certain channels), and it doesn't physically bookmark unread messages so I have to scroll back up looking for the red line.

An alternative to discord. I really want to love it, but it has several issues, especially on mobile. Also, it has some incredibly dangerous vulnerabilities that bad actors could exploit. I'm really hoping those get fixed soon. UPDATE: After they have, apparently, bulk blocked entire IP areas, I and many of my friends are unable to view any media (pictures, videos, and documents) which makes this practically unusable for us, sadly. UPDATE: Now even VPNs cannot get around the media blocking.
