Ratings and reviews

This app does not work for Jamaica. Bought a package for the week I was there last week. However it wrongly identified that it was connected to Grenada and some other times to Samoa. In the end I was dependent on hotel Wi-Fi to get internet. Total waste of money. I will not use it again

I do have to say that their support chat is a total disgrace. The person does not even read the simple question, but instead spams me messages of something fully irrelevant. Since I did not get an answer, the app is useless, and have to use the competition.

I’m impressed. I had very helpful customer support from them, even though I was only using their free 100MB plan! And the SIM worked well when I needed it. I will definitely use GigSky again on future travels.
