Ratings and reviews

App needs work and keeps on updating very frequently and to pay bill, it doesn't make it any easier to just pay you have to enter everything manually everytime and it's very annoying and tedious.

Works great for me. All of my policies are listed and easily accessible. I did have a problem where I couldn't enter my phone number, I would get an error saying it was connected to another account. I emailed cs at 7 pm on a Friday night, figuring it would be seen on Monday. I got a response in about 5 minutes, and 2 more emails and 40 minutes, the problem was solved. That is the definition of good customer service.

Had a small self-inflicted issue with the account profile creation. Sent the Tech Service a brief message about it and in less than a minute the problem was identified and fixed. Amazing CS. Reliable App.
