Ratings and reviews

They have a really bad exchange rate, and fees for everything, also, if you need to get your money out, and any of the info is wrong, you'll have to wait weeks before you're able to try again, not to mention that you'll get charged for every attempt, so by the time you can finally see your money, it'll be a smaller amount than you originally had. Also, hard to get customers support.

The experience went from really good to really bad, everything now have to be by prime service, stock prices are delayed when the information is available everywhere. It doesn't seem transparent and reliable with the clients. Really checking other brokers

Crypto withdrawals require approvals that no one is granting. I have attempted to withdraw three times, but the system keeps closing my requests without resolution. I have contacted customer service, but nobody is helping.
