HIKMICRO Viewer is a powerful and intuitive HIKMICRO thermal camera app.
It allows thermographers to view and capture live streaming infrared video and still images from select HIKMICRO thermal imaging cameras using a mobile device.
With the HIKMICRO Viewer, the thermal imager can be placed in an area and operated wirelessly from a distance - helping infrared detection work safely in hard-to-reach locations and harsh work environments. Streaming video and remote access also provide opportunities for decision-makers and others on the team to observe and collaborate during IR surveys. With a powerful reports function, you can efficiently generate reports for your clients in the field.

Absolute garbage. The bluetooth will never connect. it is the clunkiest software I have seen in 30 years. I have tried reaching out to customer service on every available platform and have never received any response. I bought a hikmicro pocket 2 for home inspections and trying to utilize the photos from this camera has been hands down the most annoying and painful part of the entire endeavor. Unfortunately it's too late for a refund.

Pocket 2 with current firmware and Android Smartphone hotspot connected. After testing and practice, easy and quick image & video transfer and input into Spectora report. NOTE: 1. Video only requires an extra step in the app to save to phone gallery. So what, it works. 2. Hikmicro support and Monroe Infrared responded immediately to my support request. I will update if my opinion changes.

The app barely functions. Photos can be saved just fine. Videos when saved don't work unfortunately. The thumbnail shows correctly, but upon opening the videos they just play static. This is when viewing in the app, or the device. Some of the "contact us" buttons don't actually do anything, or open a dead browser.
