HUDWAY Go helps you drive safer in fog, rain, heavy snow, in dusk and darkness.

Set your destination, select the route and place your phone on the dash — to see the route reflected on your windshield. Keep your eyes on the road and know in advance what’s ahead — a straight run, or a sharp turn. The dark windy unknown roads become more predictable this way.

We thought you'd like to know that:

1. On a clear day, your phone screen may not be able to produce a legible reflection.

This is when you can use the app in a regular mode with the phone fixed in a mount. At night, in dusk, or in dull weather the reflection is normally well-discernible.

2. When driving, make sure that your smartphone or tablet is firmly fixed, and doesn't obstruct your view of the road.

3. Just as any other other navigation app, HUDWAY Go extensively uses GPS which may quickly drain your phone battery.

App crashing when trying to access settings. I had hope so I bought the premium, but very disappointed that after logging in, the app crashes every time I try to access settings. I tried uninstalling, and after reloading I can access the settings to log in and then no more. Update... Tried to send bug reports but just sends blank email. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now can't log in again. Lifetime pass money lost on app that refuses to work. More reason not to pay for apps at all.

The interface is great and it projected well on a larger OLED phone, but it's not perfect. Re-routing is non-existent, it just tells you to proceed to the route. (What year is it, 2005?) It also didn't give many verbal turn instructions even when the verbal setting was set to all. The speed was accurate and the GPS map tracking was smooth, but the map is slow to update after turns. Definitely needs more work. If they could integrate Waze/Google maps it would work much better probably.

Directions are poor and the app keeps crashing. The directions don't include turning on an exit. If just skips to the next turn. So instead of saying "exit right" it just says "turn left" which makes no sense. The app also keeps becoming unresponsive and will crash. I'm a premium user and have the hudway gear. When I tried to email support I got a delivery failed message. You guys really need to fix this dumpster fire.
