Late delivery and unhelpful customer service. Ordered my groceries on Tues, selected Thursday for delivery when checking out, delivery on Friday. Hope this helps other user to plan things ahead. What CS told me is, "let us know if your order is late again next time and we would be able to help" lol. What about compensation for the inconvenience for THIS order? Our friends have to reschedule for the party because of the unreliable delivery date.

I love it. Always have some products on offer which I am willing to shop again. reasonable price compare to many Chinese grocery shops.

Amazing super fast delivery. What impressed me the most is their after sale service - I had issues with the fruits twice and once I got in touch with them they sorted it out for me straight away! However, be careful if you buy frozen food as they are usually half defrosted when arrive.
