Now you can no longer report outages, so what's the point of the app? Map is inaccurate. Doesn't show the same thing as on their website. It doesn't respond when you actually need it to work (ie yesterday when we lost power). Received "map is unavailable ..." Numerous times. Also, simply won't load at all on many occasions. Can't report an outage and receive "Technical Issue" error, then why have the app?! Constant "an unknown error has occurred".

Thank you for your comment. Priority 1 of our Action Plan 2035 is to improve service quality. The next app update will bring improvements to the Power outages section. We hope they will meet your needs. The website also offers an identical version of the outages map, if you have any issues with the app.

Essential during power outages. Also for saving on your winter bill, while helping out the grid during peak times. I encourage everyone to contact customer service for the options available to do this. Save $

[2024-03-23 app started to work after last update, had to factory reset phone and reinstall everything, due to incoming call issues two days ago, app no longer works after that, while all the other apps are working like before...] [2023-05-27 update, still nothing but white when app is opened...] App does not work, just bought a house and cannot get past the opening blank screen... Was really excited to view my info in my cell instead of having to use the website, but helas!
