I've really enjoyed using this app to clean my ears (I have weird ears that don't drain properly) up until now. The latest update seems to have added "mirror mode" and removed "dynamic". Mirror mode is useless, I don't need to see my face when I am cleaning inside my ear. "Horizontal" mode is still as wobbly as ever. Dynamic mode kept the camera in the correct position. Please fix it and put it back the way it was.

I can no longer use my ear cleaner, the app keeps saying connection failed everytime I try to connect to it. It has been doing this for a few months and I tried everything to troubleshoot. Before the app just wrapped out, they updated the app by downgrading the camera zoom ability for the acne clean. Sorry, this it just become useless junk. This was the fist time I ever rated an app. Do not buy the product or app, save yourself some time and money.

This thing screams datamining scam. i know it works for some but lack of development, language skills, and perm requests are HUGE red flags. I did all the OEM "troubleshooting". Yes even the things I only learned here, things which I was never told to do by the manufacturers And still nothing. Connected to the device, staying connected, but the app refuses to recognize its connection. I've tried restarting and changing the order for over an hour now. It's a pos product, app, communication, or D.
