The app keeps on throwing errors and won't let me log in. They took away the quick access code where you can put in a pin number and get access. I can't rearrange the order that my accounts show up in. This app use to be good but with all the updates, it's steadily gotten worse. It's almost frustrating enough to make me switch to another bank.

Once I'm logged in, the app works fine. It tells me the info I need to know, minimal issues. The problem is just that, logging in is a hassle. It seems like every time, no matter how frequent I log in, it will make me sign back in. The "remember me" button works for my wife, but has never worked for me. As of late, I have to agree to a new terms and service repeatedly, signing "yes" and "agree" to an identical document each and every time this week.

I want to start by saying the bank itself is amazing. That being said however, this is the most annoying, aggravating, sketchy attempt for money making I have ever seen from a company except Wells Fargo. This app has what appears to be an intentionally designed glich or programming error that removes your pending charges within an hour or so of them showing up so that it shows you having an available balance of more then you do. Then pushing it through a couple days to a couple WEEKS later. I have a good estimate of what I have in my head from budgeting but when out on the town I use the app to make sure I have enough to buy groceries. This app has CONSTANTLY sent me into the negatives by this happening. Most of the time by small amounts generally $1-3. I'm really tired of paying 700-2000% interest on a problem with your software that is easily fixable and VERY easy to spot. That is why I say it's intentional to make them money from getting people to pay a little more then they have so that they can charge that 20.79 overdraft fee. Latest I have seen a charge come through was a MONTH after I bought it. No pending charge showed at all. Neither on app or at the bank. Even though it showed after I initially made the purchase it said it was pending. So they removed the charge after I saw it was there and felt comfortable. So that when I was paid next I didn't even notice the extra 20 some odd dollars. This happens frequently with charges that are small enough to never notice they are gone. Fix this problem it has been happening for at LEAST a year.
