Updated app and it won't retrieve details claiming I'm not online. Also found it impossible to make some repeat purchases which was no issue until this year, and I have just now had a text message urging me to activate my card through the app, something I did when I got it several months ago. This is more flawed than anything to do with Microsoft and they are as buggy as Hell.

Can no longer use the app on my S24 Ultra as it says my device's security settings have changed but they haven't. Or at least I haven't changed them. Still unable to check my account as the above hasn't been resolved. I can't even log in online as I have two Capital One cards and it'll only allow me to view one of them. Please fix this!

There's a bug on this app. I have been trying to access the mobile app for days now, and it keeps showing me this error message: Sorry. An error has occurred. Please try again later. I called customer service yesterday morning, and I was told to try accessing it again later in the day. It will work, but it is not working. This is the second time this is happening until I uninstall and install it again it will not work. Urgently fix this problem.
