so easy to use and scroll through the options. I would like to see my card though. I have recently requested a new card and not yet received it so a tracker would be helpful to put my mind at ease. That was 2019 it's now 2024 and the app has been updated a few times every time its got better. Vanquis is better than all the competition. I have recommended to friends and I stand by my recommendations

Don't bother if you have an Oppo phone. All my other banking apps work fine on my device except this one - haven't been able to use it in months after a year of being fine - just keeps going to a website telling me it might be my security on my phone isn't good enough. I am neurodivergent and will be looking to change credit card providers now as I need to be able to pay quickly or I forget - I feel sorry for anyone who can't get credit elsewhere.

I don't understand what the issues are with some users. Very simple steps to setup, mobile number, you get a code, enter code etc. Very easy to set up and use. Lets you see EVERYTHING going on with the account. Use fingerprint to login, very pleased.
