This app is simple and easy to use. The notifications and quick transfer feature has saved my butt on more than one occasion. I recently remembered I have a Lake Trust Visa that also shows up in the app which allows me to excercise my credit and pay off quickly, which has helped my credit rating. Im in the high 700's, almost 800 finally. I credit the LakeTrust app for keeping me on task.

It would be very helpful to have a column for cleared checks next to checks issued and automatic withdrawal. Especially helpful when closing one account, opening another at the same time as automatic withdrawals are pending, AND having to get a new phone which doesn't function the same way an iPhone does. Not to mention new debit and credit cards. It has all been overwhelming. I expected people to be more helpful and knowledgeable. Help was basic. I expected Above/beyond. Getting too big?

Can't transfer money from my outside bank account with app. I have to log into a browser...why? Overall it's sorta a second rate app, but lake trust is a small credit union without much money to spend (except on their new buildings) so it makes sense. If they didn't give me such great rates on my car refinance I would have left by now. However the actual people are very helpful when you call!! Also I notice a log of down time for maintenance, and whatnot.
