Very solid banking app. It doesn't crash or give errors often. However the security on the login is very sensitive. My fingerprint sensor is on my phone screen, not on a button, so it misreads often. Sometimes the Neighbors app will lock my account for x amount of time instead of disabling the sensor and letting me type the password. Other than those minor UX fixes it does what I need it to and transfers/deposits are easy. Very quick and reliable app.

Easy to navigate, all info available: Never any problems with the app. When the app and online banking will be down for maintenance or any other reason, the information is given clearly and with enough advance notice. The same options and info are available on the app, matching online banking. Navigating from one section to another is a breeze, and access to "My Accounts" is always available, no matter what section of the app is open.

This was my review in 2019, but please see my comment below the review: 2019: It's very frustrating when trying to do a mobile deposit. It keeps giving a message saying the deposit cannot be accepted because the system can't read the image. After retaking both the front and back two or three times, it finally says the deposit was successful. Update: They apparently fixed the issue because for quite some time, I have been able to make deposits easily on the app!
