Ratings and reviews

Prior check capture feature for mobile deposits worked better than the new version. I have trouble with every check I try to deposit using the new version. Lighting, position, color of check, color of background doesn't seem to matter. It takes multiple attempts to get it to accept the check image. Very frustrating. The rest of the app is great.

Said my deposit would be available on 7/16. On 7/16 I called the bank and they said 7/19 because it was deposited a few minutes after 3pm on 7/14. So a check ultimately was held for 5 days. 3 days after the day it was supposed to be released. Not acceptable.

A solid app, but it's stability is questionable. Multiple times it's denied access to my account because of errors and poor connection to the host bank. "Service is unavailable at this time". Is no excuse for a poor banking platform.
