GPS Caddie®

Tee Time Booking

Ratings and reviews

I've tried at least a half dozen other apps - mainly for the GPS distances on a map. This one is my favorite, by far, because it DOESN'T use satellite-based imagery which is hard to see on a phone screen in sunny conditions. iGolf uses nice, high-contrast renderings of each hole and makes viewing the hole and your position much easier.

I love this app for the bright and no nonsense graphics. I use a laser but this is great for layups. I just discovered that the lower row has burned my screen. Having it disappear would be a great addition.

Now using on Redmi Note 8T phone (previous GPS stays at home!): Plenty of battery for a round. Great graphics. Features I like: Tap any point on the screen to see distance from where you are (great for laying-up, avaoiding hazards. Tap "SHOT" to see length of current shot without any other part of the graphic being changed. Turning off seems to require opening another app first(!?). Features other than in-round distances not used or tested.
