Today, there are about 50,000 to 60,000 Protestant churches in Korea. Assuming that the average number of senior pastors, ministers, or ministers serving in a church is about 3, the number of ministers serving in churches nationwide is approximately 170,000 or more. This assumption is somewhat unreasonable considering that a significant number of new churches or rural churches are pastored alone by the pastor, and that some medium and large churches have more than 20 to 50 ministers in one church. There may be, but on average, I don't think it's an impossible estimate at all.

In a situation where more than 170,000 ministers seek new ministry or move every year or every two or three years, the church is looking for a church to serve for the call of a pastor, pastor, evangelist, successor, assistant pastor, etc. I'm having a hard time going back and forth between 'call bulletin boards'.
