I must say that the members of the support team are really helpful. I found the app slightly difficult to figure out because you need the code of the child to connect with their profile. Why is there not an option to put in the child's name and school to be connected to their profile because the code is not readily available, and it does not always work. But otherwise, it is a nice easy way to know what upcoming (paying) activities are taking place, and it is easy to make payments.

The support is amazing, easy to use and convenient. Lyle was extremely helpful in merging profiles from different schools so that I have one login and 1 wallet. I LOVE the app. From a school side though it would be amazing if the banking charges would be added to the buyer's account (like VAT would be), rather than a school needing to pay this fee. It would then allow us to use the app for more different purposes (fees, tuckshop, etc), because I know that the functionality is there. Thank you!

Easy to use. Makes life SO MUCH easier. No need to find coins for small payments and relieves stress when you don't have cash on hand! Also gives peace of mind that you don't have to send large cash amounts to school with your child, which have every possibility of getting lost or stolen. This app has been a game-changer!
